As a dedicated practitioner who has had to modify her yoga practice due to spinal injuries, Maggie is particularly concentrated on healing sequences that help bring blood flow to critical areas of the body and joints while presenting the class in a foundation of vinyasa for a great workout and a detoxifying experience.
