Lisa Ralston

Lisa Ralston has been studying the body and breath, health and wellness, fitness, yoga, dance, martial arts, and alternative modalities and medicines most of her life.

Lisa recognizes that all humans have an individual experience within their body and through mindful movements and awareness one may become more balanced and comfortable.

She leads group classes through fluid vinyasa at alternating levels of intensity with freedom to feel and respond individually. She trains and coaches one on one, shares Karma Yoga with kids and school teachers, and teaches workshops expressing her highest understanding thus far. She is delightful with a pleasant voice and touch.

Formally trained in many styles of Massage and Body Work; including, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Reflexology, Thai, Shiatsu, Hot Stone, Sports, Connective Tissue, Traditional Chinese Craniosacral, and Myofascial, Lisa says we need more people who feel confident and comfortable transmitting healing energy, simply, with love and kindness.

A gluten-free, satvic vegan, Lisa creates recipes from scratch using her knowledge and creativity to eat and serve delicious fresh, local, healing foods.

Having the opportunity and ambition, she has studied with masters of their craft and expresses her immense gratitude for their time, attention, and teachings. She is dedicated to life long learning, service, sharing, and self discovery.
